In 2008, after Brooke Linville’s home burned down, she started a blog about her experience, which generated traffic from not only her local community but around the country, including her advice for helping others who lose their home in a fire.
She then began helping others start blogs during the peak of the parenting blogosphere, including the Fearless Formula Feeder (which became a book) and The Orange Rhino Challenge (which is also now a book).
Brooke’s client base continued to grow to small and medium sized businesses looking to revamp their online presence. Brooke has worked with law firms, photographers, writers, public relations firms, direct sales companies and non-profits in enhancing their digital space.
In 2015, with this experience, Brooke launched savingsweetbriar.com after the college’s announcement that it would be closing. This website and the Facebook page became the hub of communication for the legal challenge that would ultimately lead to a settlement to keep the college open.
Shortly thereafter, Brooke ran the virtual reality startup, IonVR, garnering international press, including Inc, Forbes, Tome’s Guide, The Verge, and Digital Trends. The company was named a CES Innovation Award honoree in 2016.
In 2017, Brooke rebranded her web development and social media company as Pink Daisy Media. We look forward to helping your business bloom.
